1. What KAAL is
KAAL is analytical software for Indian index options. It reads market data and presents an explained view (a direction, a confidence, and the evidence behind it). It is a research and education tool for invited users only.
2. Not investment advice
KAAL does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or a guarantee of any outcome. Nothing in KAAL is a recommendation to buy or sell. All figures, premiums and targets are model or live estimates that you must verify on your own broker. You are solely responsible for your trades.
3. Risk of loss
Options trading carries a high risk of loss, including the total loss of your premium and more. Past performance, back-tests, and calibration describe history and do not guarantee future results. Only trade money you can afford to lose, and honour your own stop-loss.
4. Invite-only, personal use
Access is granted to specific invited individuals for their own personal use. You may not share your login, resell access, or give KAAL's outputs to non-members.
5. Intellectual property
KAAL, its engine, design, content and brand are owned by the owner (RK). You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, redistribute, or build a competing product from KAAL or its outputs. All rights reserved.
6. Execution
Any order placed through KAAL is placed on YOUR own connected broker account, by you. KAAL is not a broker, does not hold funds, and is not responsible for fills, slippage, or broker outages.
7. Data and privacy
Your inputs, notes and trades are private to your account. Market data is sourced from third parties (such as Upstox) and may be delayed or unavailable. KAAL is not liable for data errors or downtime.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use means you accept the current terms. If you do not agree, stop using KAAL.
